Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Four years of front desk related experience or equivalent
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and changing priorities

Job Duties
- Organizes, directs, and monitors daily activities of front desk agents, concierge, bell/valet, security, and night audit services
- Be a brand ambassador and represent the Indigo brand story and local information
- Directs, implements, and maintains service standards
- Maintains knowledge of daily house count, arrivals/departures, group activities, room rates, packages, and promotions
- Monitors guest registration, check-out, and telephone service
- Develops and manages department budget
- Implements programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office efficiency
- Performs front desk agent duties as needed, including guest check-in/out, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints
- Assists guests with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations
- Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops front office staff
- Assigns duties and monitors quality of work
- Provides day-to-day guidance and promotes staff performance
- Prepares reports as required
- Monitors social media and travel sites for guest feedback
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
