  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management
  • excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
  • strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest services
  • ability to handle multilingual guests smoothly (bilingual or multilingual skills preferred)
  • outstanding interpersonal skills for effective guest relations

Job Duties

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk area
  • efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
  • recruit, train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs effectively
  • enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • be responsible for your team showing up and covering shifts as needed
