- College degree in hotel administration
- 2-3 years hotel management or supervisory experience
- experience with Marriott or Hilton select-service hotels
- minimum 6 months supervisory experience
- verifiable history with references
- open availability
- ability to speak, read, and understand English

Job Duties
- Directly or indirectly supervise associates and/or supervisors
- interview, hire, and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
- ensure guests receive outstanding service by maintaining a guest-friendly environment
- guarantee total guest satisfaction while representing the company professionally
- maintain property safety and security procedures
- foster positive working relationships with all associates
- oversee front desk operations and maintain organization
- prepare work schedules based on forecasted occupancy
- supervise day-to-day activities of front desk, bell, and driver staff
- use leadership skills to maximize productivity and satisfaction
- ensure exceptional customer service and teamwork
- coordinate staffing and payroll with budget standards
- monitor payroll activities
- perform manager-on-duty shifts
- coordinate front desk with other departments
- participate in daily Yield Management Meetings
- enforce safety rules and take corrective actions
- manage front desk supplies inventory and purchases
- collaborate closely with general manager and assistant general manager
