Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years experience in guest services, front desk, or related field
- or two-year degree from accredited university in related major
- availability to work full-time
- strong leadership and supervision skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and operate under pressure
Job Qualifications

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- knowledge of front office and guest service operations
- experience in managing staff and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring quality and meeting customer expectations
- develop goals and plans to prioritize and organize work
- handle complaints and resolve conflicts
- supervise staffing levels to meet operational and financial needs
- ensure ongoing communication with employees to align with business objectives
- support and manage employees including coaching and mentoring
- respond to guest problems and provide exceptional customer service
