Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years experience in guest services front desk or related professional area
- Or two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management Hospitality Business Administration or related major
- Full-time availability

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or two-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management Hospitality Business Administration or related field
- Two years experience in guest services front desk or related area preferred if only high school diploma is held
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Knowledge of front office operations and property management systems
- Familiarity with credit policies room revenue management and operational procedures
- Proven capability to develop and implement operational plans
- Experience in coaching mentoring and employee development
- Positive attitude and commitment to wellness and guest satisfaction
- Proficient in maintaining open and effective communication within teams
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Develop and prioritize work plans and goals
- Handle guest complaints disputes and resolve conflicts
- Supervise staffing levels to meet service operational and financial needs
- Communicate business objectives and set performance expectations with employees
- Ensure department operations achieve or exceed financial goals
- Lead and influence front desk team fostering trust cooperation and respect
- Serve as a role model demonstrating appropriate behaviors
- Manage employees and perform duties in their absence
- Maintain open collaborative team relationships
- Oversee front office in the absence of other managers
- Provide exceptional customer service supporting guest satisfaction
- Coach and provide feedback on service behaviors
- Handle guest problems and complaints promptly
- Empower staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Obtain guest feedback on product quality and service levels
- Emphasize continuous improvement and guest satisfaction in meetings
- Implement customer recognition and service programs
- Train staff and monitor adherence to credit policies
- Maximize room revenue through selling procedures
- Ensure compliance with property policies standards and procedures
- Administer disciplinary procedures and documentation
- Support coaching mentoring and development of staff
- Solicit employee feedback and address concerns
- Assist in interviewing hiring and orientation of new employees
- Participate in employee progressive discipline
- Communicate effectively with supervisors coworkers and subordinates
- Analyze information and solve problems efficiently
- Keep executives peers and subordinates informed
- Perform front desk duties as necessary
- Run front desk shifts when required
