Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
- 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Valid driver’s license from the applicable state

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enhanced throughout their stay
- Motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline Front Desk personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
- Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
- Manage financial aspects of the Front Desk, including maximizing room revenue and occupancy through effective rate management and analysis
- Oversee the daily activities of the Front Desk including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain composure and objectivity in high-pressure situations to uphold service quality
