Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in hospitality or related major
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Availability for full-time schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year experience in guest services or front desk
  • Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of front office operations and guest services
  • Proficiency in handling guest complaints and conflict resolution
  • Understanding of hospitality financial and administrative processes

Job Duties

  • Lead and support daily front desk shift operations
  • Handle employee questions and concerns
  • Resolve guest complaints and disputes
  • Train staff on credit policies and procedures
  • Maximize room revenue through selling procedures
  • Support employee performance appraisals and coaching
  • Participate in department meetings and communicate goals
