Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • or substitute with a two-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to supervise and lead a team
  • problem-solving abilities
  • capacity to handle guest complaints professionally
  • availability to work full time

Job Qualifications
