High school diploma or equivalent
one year of customer service or front desk experience preferred
ability to work weekends with one weekend day shift required
flexibility to support schedule needs
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to multi-task in fast-paced settings
ability to stand for extended periods
positive attitude

Job Duties

Open or close the spa depending on shift schedule
check-in guests for their services and assist at check-out
answer multi-line phone system and schedule services using MEEVO software
retail products and series
confirm appointments and prepare therapists for service days
pre-book guests at check-out for future services
provide amenities to guests
deliver five-star customer service
maintain spa cleanliness and presentation
ensure sanitation standards are met and exceeded
