Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or front desk environment
  • Ability to work 32-40 hours per week
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to assist with inventory and administrative tasks

  • Familiarity with scheduling and labor management
  • Basic understanding of inventory and revenue processes

Job Duties

  • Work at the front desk at least 32-40 hours per week
  • Ensure consistent service excellence by all team members resulting in friendly front-end experience
  • Assist in training and supervising team members for the Front Desk to deliver Gold's Gym's service promise consistently
  • Effective, professional labor management
  • prepare Front Desk schedules for GM/AGM approval
  • Assist GM/AGM with monthly inventory process and other responsibilities as determined by General Manager
  • Ensure that all Front Desk policies and procedures are followed while driving success
  • Ensure that all revenue goals are met each month
