Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or front desk environment
- Ability to work 32-40 hours per week
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to assist with inventory and administrative tasks

Job Duties
- Work at the front desk at least 32-40 hours per week
- Ensure consistent service excellence by all team members resulting in friendly front-end experience
- Assist in training and supervising team members for the Front Desk to deliver Gold's Gym's service promise consistently
- Effective, professional labor management
- prepare Front Desk schedules for GM/AGM approval
- Assist GM/AGM with monthly inventory process and other responsibilities as determined by General Manager
- Ensure that all Front Desk policies and procedures are followed while driving success
- Ensure that all revenue goals are met each month
