Job Duties
- deliver first class client experience at all times
- maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep
- guide clients regarding the latest studio promotions, membership discounts, and special events
- maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
- deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the FuelBar
- handle pre-orders and orders on the spot custom to each client’s needs
- assist clients with questions and product selection
- complete clients orders timely utilizing a POS transaction
- prepare studio spaces before, after, and in-between classes by cleaning exercise equipment, sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floors, and wiping mirrors
- conduct small studio repairs when appropriate
