Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability for two to five shifts including one weekend day
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- understanding of hospitality principles and processes and ability to execute as part of the Barry's client experience
- establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with clients and staff
- provide timely information to supervisors and co-workers via telephone, written form, email, text, or in person
- deliver first class client experience at all times
- ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep
- guide clients on studio promotions, membership discounts and special events
- maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
- deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar
- handle pre-orders and on-the-spot orders tailored to clients' needs
- assist clients with questions and product selection
- complete client orders using POS transactions
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Fuel Bar area
- follow safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures according to health regulations
- properly rotate merchandise paying attention to spoilage
- prepare Fuel Bar goods following company recipes
- prepare studio spaces before, after, and between classes by cleaning equipment and floors
- conduct deep cleaning and organizing of common areas
- perform small studio repairs
- manage laundry services including towels
- adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists
