Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
  • Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment with guest interaction
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs
  • Must possess basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
  • Schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior guest service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
  • Strong command of English including speaking, reading, and writing

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
  • Manage the Hotel Host Stand responsibilities efficiently
  • Serve and maintain the Bakery Cafe, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den areas
  • Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
  • Service meeting rooms as required
  • Communicate effectively with guests to meet their needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout assigned hotel areas
