Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment with guest interaction
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs
- Must possess basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
- Schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
- Manage the Hotel Host Stand responsibilities efficiently
- Serve and maintain the Bakery Cafe, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den areas
- Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
- Service meeting rooms as required
- Communicate effectively with guests to meet their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout assigned hotel areas
