Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk guests to tables
  • Flexibility to work non-scheduled shifts if needed
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Basic proficiency in telephone etiquette and reservation management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Exemplifying hospitality standards and practicing name magic
  • Handling guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority
  • Maintaining personal cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Assisting with set-up and housekeeping duties including front desk organization and restaurant cleanliness
  • Using proper telephone etiquette and managing reservations
  • Greeting guests and managing dining room seating to maximize sales and satisfaction
  • Coordinating with service personnel to maximize efficiency
  • Verifying server cash reports and maintaining cash security
  • Knowing and following restaurant emergency procedures
  • Completing other duties as assigned by supervisor
