Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk guests to tables
- Flexibility to work non-scheduled shifts if needed
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic proficiency in telephone etiquette and reservation management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and reservation systems
Job Duties
- Exemplifying hospitality standards and practicing name magic
- Handling guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority
- Maintaining personal cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assisting with set-up and housekeeping duties including front desk organization and restaurant cleanliness
- Using proper telephone etiquette and managing reservations
- Greeting guests and managing dining room seating to maximize sales and satisfaction
- Coordinating with service personnel to maximize efficiency
- Verifying server cash reports and maintaining cash security
- Knowing and following restaurant emergency procedures
- Completing other duties as assigned by supervisor
