Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
  • Act as ambassador to the building greeting guests with positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
  • Bid farewell to guests leaving and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare for shift by ensuring area is stocked with supplies
  • Review cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
  • Ensure all menus are stocked, cleaned and maintained
  • Check for restocking of necessary supplies
  • Bring all areas up to standard
  • Discuss problem areas with manager
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift
  • Maintain favorable working relationship with team members
  • Notify manager of any unhappy guest
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Drive table turn timing by scouting and cleaning tables
  • Rotate seating following guidelines
  • Manage flow from front doors and assist guests
  • Manage wait times and communicate information
  • Deliver silverware to guests
  • Make timely and accurate bill calculations
  • Greet and assist guests while processing transactions
  • Reconcile monies from banks
  • Complete takeaway order transactions accurately
  • Sell merchandise from front desk if applicable
  • Smile frequently
  • Communicate effectively with guests
  • Dress neatly and professionally
  • Demonstrate ability to read and communicate clearly
  • Calmly respond to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues
