Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- provide detailed information about hotel amenities and surrounding attractions
- respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy
- maintain accurate guest records and perform data entry using hotel management software
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- promote additional hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
