Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • provide detailed information about hotel amenities and surrounding attractions
  • respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy
  • maintain accurate guest records and perform data entry using hotel management software
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • promote additional hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
