Job Requirements

  • Available to work second shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • comfortable using computers and property management systems
  • prior experience with Marriott PMS preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • flexible schedule to accommodate 24/7 hotel operations
  • ability to handle guest complaints and inquiries calmly and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior Marriott PMS experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
  • detail oriented with a focus on completing tasks accurately
  • motivated by growth opportunities and peer recognition

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests upon arrival
  • check guests out of the hotel accurately
  • deliver outstanding guest service to enhance satisfaction
  • serve as main point of contact across hotel departments
  • utilize Marriott PMS and other computer systems effectively
  • handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • maintain a welcoming and hospitable front desk environment
