Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Basic administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to work in an open-concept environment
- Willingness to complete annual training
- Ability to bend, stand regularly and lift up to 55 pounds
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- No prior experience required
- Knowledge of credit union products and services a plus
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an open-concept workspace
- Welcoming and helpful demeanor
Job Duties
- Consistently meet all Shell FCU service commitments
- Accountable to maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable rules and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act
- Complete annual training sessions as instructed or scheduled
- Perform job duties in compliance with Shell FCU policies and standards
- Greet and welcome each member, visitor, and vendor with a smile
- Offer direction to appropriate team members or areas
- Sign visitors into Better Lobby and provide estimated wait times
- Check in on guests and offer refreshments
- Aid in creating a positive and high energy lobby environment
- Maintain awareness of lobby surroundings
- Perform various administrative and clerical duties
- Assist with vendor coordination including setup, contracting, and invoice processing
- Maintain vendor contact lists
- Assist with planning and execution of special events
- Maintain electronic and physical files, proofreading and editing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and maintain logs
- Manage calendar and meeting confirmations for VP of Facilities and Facilities Manager
- Update marketing materials throughout the branch
- Order office supplies
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned
