Job Duties

  • Greet guests
  • answer phones
  • schedule patients
  • check-in and check-out patients
  • collect co-pays and deductibles
  • precept and schedule radiological studies
  • update patient information accordingly
  • verify insurance on each insurance website
  • help providers with paperwork
  • ensure all packets are completely stocked before leaving for the day
  • clean chairs, pens, tables, etc.
  • perform daily cash and credit report before leaving shift
