Job Requirements

- previous experience in a customer service or medical office setting preferred
- proficiency in phone and scheduling systems

- physical ability to lift and carry 10-20 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests
- answer phones
- schedule patients
- check-in and check-out patients
- collect co-pays and deductibles
- precept and schedule radiological studies
- update patient information accordingly
- verify insurance on each insurance website
- help providers with paperwork
- ensure all packets are completely stocked before leaving for the day
- clean chairs, pens, tables, etc.
- perform daily cash and credit report before leaving shift
