- previous experience in customer service or medical office preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests
- answer phones
- schedule patients
- check in and check out patients
- collect co-pays and deductibles
- precept and schedule radiological studies
- update patient information accordingly
- verify insurance on each insurance website
- help providers with any paperwork that is given to you to complete
- make sure all packets are completely stocked before leaving for the day
- clean chairs, pens, tables, etc.
- daily cash and credit report each and every day before leaving your shift
