Job Requirements

  • Two years experience as a concierge or front desk agent
  • valid driver’s license required
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service orientation
  • knowledge of local area
  • computer proficiency
  • ability to perform cashiering and concierge duties

Job Qualifications

  • Two years experience as a concierge or front desk agent at a private club or AAA and/or Mobile rated hotel
  • previous customer service skills or hotel/resort experience preferred
  • familiarity with check in/out procedures
  • computer skills
  • general cashiering and concierge duties
  • knowledge of Jacksonville area and state of Florida
  • valid driver’s license
  • professional demeanor and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Be an ambassador to and advocate for the guest experience
  • act as a liaison between the property, city, state and resort guests
  • direct guests to appropriate departments for assistance
  • assist guests with reservations on and off property including sleeping rooms, dining, sports and theater
  • arrange transportation to and from airport and around town
  • coordinate guest services and respond promptly to requests
  • provide high quality customer service and support to enhance guest satisfaction
