Job Requirements
- two years experience as a concierge or front desk agent
- valid driver’s license
- previous hotel or resort customer service experience preferred
- computer skills
- knowledge of Jacksonville area
- availability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- committed to upholding high standards of guest service
Job Qualifications
- two years experience as a concierge or front desk agent at a private club or AAA and/or Mobile rated hotel
- valid driver’s license
- strong customer service skills
- computer proficiency including general cashiering and concierge duties
- thorough knowledge of the Jacksonville area
- professional demeanor
- ability to assist guests and members effectively
Job Duties
- act as an ambassador for guest experience from arrival to departure
- liaise between the property, city, state, and guests
- direct guests to appropriate departments for assistance
- assist guests with reservations on and off property including sleeping rooms, dining, sports, and theater
- arrange transportation to and from airport and around town
- assist guests with any required services
- maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
