Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to follow strict safety and cleaning protocols including mask mandates
- continual standing and walking during shifts
- continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- check members into the system
- take prospective members on tours and assist with new account sign-up
- facilitate updates to member accounts
- respond to member questions and concerns professionally
- elevate issues to assistant manager or manager as needed
- perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility
