Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to organize work
- Comfortable working early, day and night shifts and in all-weather conditions
- Ability to work without direct management supervision
- Knowledge of airport and department policies and procedures
- Ability to perform general clerical duties
- Ability to handle simultaneous calls on multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- Ability to comply with safety regulations
- Ability to use computer software effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work semi-independently using good judgment
- Ability to effectively use tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated reliability and flexibility
- TSA background security check
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good eye-hand coordination and peripheral vision
Job Qualifications

- Skill in general clerical duties

- Knowledge of office equipment such as photocopy, fax machines, multi-line telephone and calculator
- Ability to comply with safety regulations
- Effective use of department software
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work semi-independently making sound decisions
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy with staff, tenants, and the public
- Demonstrated reliability in attendance and flexibility to work hours
Job Duties
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, generating reports, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, tours, appointments, and vacation calendars
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and maintain stock of office supplies
- Serve as receptionist by greeting visitors and tenants, responding to general inquiries, and routing all incoming questions by email and phone
- Support commercial ground, facility, and passenger services including terminal aircraft ground support, baggage handling, airport ambassador, parking and valet services
- Record minutes at airport meetings
- Assist Airport Marketing Manager and Operations Supervisors with managing and corresponding on social media outlets
- Coordinate and assist airport administration/FBO correspondence with tenants, users, and the general public
- Initiate, update, and maintain department files and records, airport/FBO statistical data and surveys
- Assist in planning and organizing events such as service announcements, ground-breakings, meetings, tradeshows, and promotions
- Assist with special events for airport and FBO initiatives
- Conduct customer surveys for airport and FBO initiatives
- Maintain master database for all contacts used by administration and FBO tenants
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance, work overtime/extra hours as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
