Job Requirements
- high school graduate or GED
- valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- must be 18 years old or older
- TSA background security checks and other testing as required
- knowledge of and ability to conform to department goals, policies, procedures, and Outagamie County Work Rules and Terms of Employment
- ability to organize work
- comfortable working early morning, day, and night shifts and in all-weather conditions
- ability to work without direct management supervision
- demonstrated compliance with appropriate safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or GED
- valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- must be 18 years old or older
- knowledge of department goals, policies, and procedures
- demonstrated skill in performing general clerical duties
- ability to handle simultaneous calls on multi-line phone systems
- knowledge of general office equipment such as photocopy, fax machines, multi-line telephone and calculator
- ability to effectively use computer software utilized by the department
- ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions
- ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- ability to work semi-independently making sound decisions
- ability to use tact and diplomacy with staff, co-workers, tenants, and the general public
- demonstrated reliability in attendance and flexibility to work hours
Job Duties
- perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, generating reports, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, tours, and appointments
- serve as receptionist by greeting visitors and tenants, responding to general inquiries, routing questions to proper departments
- support commercial ground, facility and passenger services including terminal aircraft ground support, baggage handling, airport ambassador, parking and valet services
- record minutes at airport meetings
- assist with managing and corresponding using social media outlets
- coordinate and assist airport administration and FBO correspondence with tenants, users, and public
- maintain department files, airport/FBO statistical data and surveys
- assist in planning and organizing events such as service announcements, ground-breakings, meetings, tradeshows, and promotions
- assist with special airport and FBO initiatives events
- conduct customer surveys for airport and FBO initiatives
- maintain master database for contacts for use by administration and FBO tenants
- maintain regular and predictable attendance, work overtime or extra hours as required
- perform other duties as assigned
