Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to stand for about 8 hours a day
- Ability to exercise good judgement and stay attentive while operating wind tunnel
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Promote customer safety throughout the wind tunnel and facility
- Actively listen to guests to recommend and sell experiences
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to assist customers
- Resolve product/service issues and complaints accurately
- Stock merchandise and clean the facility
- Operate the wind tunnel safely
- Process refunds and reschedule bookings
- Participate in marketing content creation
