Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and external visitors
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years professional office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Physical ability to occasionally move packages up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet visitors warmly in the reception area and ensure guest sign-in
- Maintain conference room schedules and assist employees with booking meeting spaces
- Answer telephone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Assist HR in preparing and distributing onboarding schedules for new hires
- Collect and forward HR-related mail and re-route employment verification calls
- Maintain and replenish breakroom and office supplies
- Coordinate meeting logistics including ordering food and preparing beverages
- Provide support to meeting facilitators and guests such as validating parking
- Collect and distribute daily incoming mail
- Process outgoing shipments of documents and packages
- Maintain log for key box
- Update employee telephone listings
- Organize storage room and supply cabinets
- Other office-related activities as needed
