Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- at least one year of previous sales experience
- strong phone and computer skills
- ability to communicate effectively with members and patients
- ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- ability to stand and/or sit for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to learn and grow
- acceptance of constructive criticism
- ability to work Thursday through Saturday

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- at least one year of previous sales experience

- confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
- experience in office management or marketing is a plus
Job Duties
- Providing excellent services to members and patients
- gain memberships to meet sales goals
- greeting members and patients upon arrival
- checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
- answering phone calls
- re-engaging inactive members
- staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
- supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships
- keeping clinic clean and workspace organized
- confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
- keeping management informed of member concerns
- following manager's policies, procedures and direction
- willingness to learn and grow
- accepting constructive criticism positively
