Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone computer and multitasking skills
  • Energetic motivated and confident in a goal-driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely and organized manner
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
  • Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clinic environment
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
