Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including first, second, third, and weekend shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with OpenTable preferred
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Willingness to engage with guests warmly
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their dining experience
  • Manage reservations and guest seating using systems like OpenTable
  • Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and with a positive attitude
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services
