Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Minimum one year of sales experience
  • Strong phone skills
  • Strong computer skills

  • Availability for part-time to full-time hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely organized manner
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
  • Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean organized front desk and clinic environment
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
