- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Strong phone skills
- Strong computer skills

- Availability for part-time to full-time hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely organized manner
- Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
- Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
- Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
- Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
- Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
- Maintain a clean organized front desk and clinic environment
- Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
