Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or front desk operations
  • strong customer service orientation
  • leadership and supervisory experience
  • good communication skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • ability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in front desk or hospitality roles
  • proven leadership abilities

  • proficiency with front desk management software

Job Duties

  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work
  • monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly
  • resolves customer complaints
  • trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff
  • oversees front desk operations
  • promotes teamwork, communication and constructive feedback
  • embodies Hilton’s core values including integrity and initiative
