Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- experience in a healthcare or pediatric environment preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- professional demeanor and flexibility
- willingness to support community outreach and clinic events
- valid driver’s license with good driving record
- able to use personal vehicle for work-related duties as required
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s preferred
- experience working with children or families preferred
- minimum 1 year of office/administrative experience
- healthcare or pediatric setting experience a plus
- proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- able to handle confidential information with maturity and empathy
- professional and flexible
- an energetic, resourceful and professional individual who will promote a positive, respectful and team-based environment
- ability to meet approved driver qualifications for personal vehicle use (minimum age 21 and good driving history)
Job Duties
- Greet families warmly in person and by phone
- answer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- maintain a calm, child-friendly front desk environment
- support scheduling, appointment confirmations, and staff calendars
- communicate schedule updates and clinic policies to families
- collaborate on center events and decor
- manage incoming/outgoing mail and documentation
- prepare letters/reports in Word
- update Excel databases
- collect and maintain accurate intake and client records (HIPAA compliant)
- process payments and assist with basic billing/insurance tasks
- manage supplies and coordinate work orders
- assist with community outreach events
