Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the front desk and reception area
  • greet families warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
  • verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments accurately
  • complete and review client intake documentation
  • handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain organized logs and records for insurance and visits
  • communicate with providers and parents to ensure scheduling accuracy
  • assist with company events, community activities, and office projects
