Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the front desk and reception area
- greet families warmly and provide excellent customer service
- coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
- verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments accurately
- complete and review client intake documentation
- handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- maintain organized logs and records for insurance and visits
- communicate with providers and parents to ensure scheduling accuracy
- assist with company events, community activities, and office projects
