- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the front desk and reception area
- Greet families warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments accurately
- Complete and review client intake documentation
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain organized logs and records for insurance and visits
- Communicate with providers and parents to ensure scheduling accuracy
- Assist with company events, community activities, and office projects
