Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience preferred
  • proven administrative experience
  • demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter
  • experienced with customer service techniques
  • superior verbal and written communication skills
  • willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to the practice's needs

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience preferred
  • proven administrative experience with a track record of growth or improvement within previous positions
  • demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • experienced with customer service techniques
  • superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to the evolving needs of the practice
  • genuine patient-centric attitude
  • ability to positively influence patients, coworkers, referring offices, and the practice as a whole

Job Duties

  • Expertly answer the phone
  • assist patients in scheduling appointments
  • create patient accounts
  • check patients in
  • post payments
  • convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency
  • assist with scheduling surgeries
  • ensure all necessary preparations are made
  • work closely with other professionals to form a highly effective team
  • handle administrative tasks seamlessly
  • embrace a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth within the practice
