Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in administrative, accounting, and/or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to interact confidently with guests and vendors
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Willingness to learn and be teachable

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in administrative, accounting, and/or customer service industries
  • Ability to create and execute systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Data entry experience, accounts payable preferred
  • Customer service attitude
  • Articulate with strong writing skills
  • Ability to speak and interact confidently with high profile guests in person and via phone
  • Organized
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Responsible for following R Common Purpose and Company Values
  • Responsible for fielding fan and client questions via phone and written communication
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe front office environment
  • Responsible for entering invoices with accuracy, managing outgoing payments to vendors by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the finance team and helps maintain good vendor relationships
  • Assists in miscellaneous operations needs as assigned by supervisor
  • Works closely with accounting and stadium operations teams
