Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in administrative, accounting, and/or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Customer service oriented
- Able to interact confidently with guests and vendors
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Willingness to learn and be teachable
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in administrative, accounting, and/or customer service industries
- Ability to create and execute systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Data entry experience, accounts payable preferred
- Customer service attitude
- Articulate with strong writing skills
- Ability to speak and interact confidently with high profile guests in person and via phone
- Organized
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Responsible for following R Common Purpose and Company Values
- Responsible for fielding fan and client questions via phone and written communication
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe front office environment
- Responsible for entering invoices with accuracy, managing outgoing payments to vendors by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the finance team and helps maintain good vendor relationships
- Assists in miscellaneous operations needs as assigned by supervisor
- Works closely with accounting and stadium operations teams
