Job Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred
- proven administrative experience
- demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- customer service expertise
- superior communication skills
- willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to evolving needs of the practice
Job Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Expertly answer the phone
- assist patients in scheduling appointments
- create patient accounts
- check patients in
- post payments
- convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency
- assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure all necessary preparations are made
- work closely with other professionals to form a highly effective team
