Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred
  • proven administrative experience
  • demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service expertise

  • willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to evolving needs of the practice

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred
  • proven administrative experience with a track record of growth or improvement within previous positions
  • demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • experienced with customer service techniques ensuring a superior patient experience
  • superior communication skills both verbal and written

  • genuinely serve patients at every level enhancing patient satisfaction and increasing office efficiency

Job Duties

  • Expertly answer the phone
  • assist patients in scheduling appointments
  • create patient accounts
  • check patients in
  • post payments
  • convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency
  • assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure all necessary preparations are made
  • work closely with other professionals to form a highly effective team
