- ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver daily mail, overnight mail, FedEx preparation, courier arrangements, preparing packages for mailing using cost-effective but timely service
- monitor incoming calls and building access
- handle all office invoicing using Coupa
- communicate with copier vendors and internal IT to ensure copier functionality
- manage mailing projects, including pulling lists, updating mailing lists, merging letters, printing, and posting
- take initiative to offer assistance to others whenever possible
- manage the conference room calendar and assist with scheduling
- maintain kitchen, conference room, and lobby cleanliness and upkeep
- monitor and submit office and kitchen supply orders
- support event management and coordination alongside the Administration Manager
- bind pitch and proposal packages
- perform word processing for correspondence, agreements, and reports
- offer assistance to the office as time allows
