Job Requirements

  • at least one year of relevant experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • proficiency with multi-line phone systems
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • welcome and guide visitors including clients vendors and customers ensuring a positive first impression
  • oversee paperwork completion sign-in processes and adherence to security protocols
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces such as the lobby kitchen and workstations
  • conduct tours of office spaces conference rooms and virtual workspaces for prospective clients
  • support the leasing process by assisting businesses in securing office spaces or meeting rooms
  • manage special administrative tasks and projects as assigned
  • operate multi-line phone systems to answer inbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • deliver concierge-style services to enhance the client and visitor experience
