Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively over phone, in-person, and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive and professional attitude

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and applicants, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Greet and assist in-person guests while managing lobby and visitor traffic flow
- Support new hire onboarding by welcoming employees, assisting them in the training room, and ensuring they are set up and ready for orientation
- Maintain the conference and training rooms - keeping them clean, stocked, and ready for use
- Coordinate daily company lunch orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain and update the Vehicle Maintenance Log to ensure accurate records
- Respond to basic applicant inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, emailing, and scheduling
- Assist with social media content creation, including collecting photos, stories, and updates for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Help schedule and publish posts while tracking engagement to suggest improvements
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by supporting HR-led activities and events
- Uphold company values and ensure that every interaction - whether in person, online, or by phone - reflects our professional and welcoming culture
