Job Requirements
- High school diploma and or equivalent certification or experience or training
- Thorough knowledge in administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, multi-task and time management skills
- Interpersonal and work leadership skills to provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel

Job Duties
- Administers and manages front desk office operations for the School of Information
- Plans and manages workflow and related processes for student employees
- Makes office supply purchases and reconciles procurement card transactions
- Provides building and office orientation to new employees
- Develops and reviews office orientation manuals and standard operating procedures
- Coordinates facilities maintenance and manages building-related issues including emergencies
- Organizes catering and assists with faculty and staff event coordination
