Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front desk coordination or related administrative support
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • dependable and punctual
  • capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • welcome guests and employees in a detail-oriented manner
  • manage the reception area and ensure a positive first impression
  • operate a multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls
  • relay messages accurately to appropriate contacts
  • coordinate front-desk coverage and provide concierge-style support
  • perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems
  • support administrative activities such as scheduling and correspondence
  • manage calendars and meeting logistics using Microsoft Outlook
  • prepare and update spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • monitor office flow and communicate with internal departments to address needs
