Job Duties

  • Professionally answer calls and assist walk-in residents
  • welcome residents in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
  • provide first line of contact customer service to residents and vendors
  • manage friendly concierge duties while performing administrative tasks
  • utilize organizational skills to greet visitors and homeowners face-to-face
  • perform administration tasks independently and collaboratively
  • navigate Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • maintain a high standard of customer service
  • prioritize and multitask a variety of administrative projects
