Job Duties

  • Answer calls on multi-line phone systems professionally
  • Greet residents and guests warmly and provide information about community events
  • Coordinate package check-ins and assist with resident requests like dog walking and flower watering
  • Report maintenance issues and communicate effectively with maintenance team
  • Provide security details for the property to ensure resident safety
  • Maintain an organized, friendly, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers and printers efficiently
