Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Professional and polite phone etiquette
- Organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating
- Outgoing, warm, friendly personality
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Commitment to a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to walk long distances, climb stairs and lift heavy objects
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Respect the confidentiality of all resident's and staff information and records
Job Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and provide information about daily events
- Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system professionally
- Assist residents with package retrieval, pet walking, and other personal requests
- Monitor and report maintenance issues within the community
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Provide security detail and ensure safety protocols within the community
- Handle administrative tasks including computer data entry and managing office equipment
