Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries about community events and services
- Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette
- Coordinate and track deliveries, maintenance requests, and resident services such as dog walking and plant care
- Maintain security protocols and provide security details for the property
- Support community events by providing information and assisting with logistics
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, scheduling, and equipment operation such as copiers and printers
- Uphold a professional appearance and friendly demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
