Job Duties

  • Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries about community events and services
  • Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette
  • Coordinate and track deliveries, maintenance requests, and resident services such as dog walking and plant care
  • Maintain security protocols and provide security details for the property
  • Support community events by providing information and assisting with logistics
  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry, scheduling, and equipment operation such as copiers and printers
  • Uphold a professional appearance and friendly demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
