  • previous healthcare or service-related experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors to the building
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace including waiting and concierge areas
  • answer incoming phone calls
  • forward calls and take messages as appropriate
  • assist in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail and packages
  • prepare and send community invitations, notices, and flyers as directed
  • perform secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs
  • coordinate move-ins, resident assessments, and transportation
  • prepare resident files and training materials
  • assist with onboarding and hiring coordination as needed
