Job Requirements

  • Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred
  • Previous healthcare or service-related experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized work space to include waiting and concierge areas
  • Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and takes messages as appropriate
  • Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, prepares and sends community invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed
  • Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move-ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, prepares training materials, and assists with coordination of onboarding/hiring process as needed
