Job Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- hospitality, luxury residential, or property management experience preferred
- prior concierge, front desk, or receptionist role is a major plus
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- capable of working independently and handling multiple priorities
- comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
- familiarity with property tech systems is a plus
- professional appearance and demeanor required
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- organize package rooms and manage amenity/freight elevator reservations
- maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming lobby area
- anticipate resident needs and provide personalized service
- offer administrative support to the property management team
- work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
